999Alert has three products for contacting people, depending on the budget and level of sophistication required.

VoiceBank + SMS

These days it is rare to find someone who does not carry a mobile and many services are now available to deliver text messages to fixed landlines. When you can be sure that the group you wish to contact will be available to receive text messages, the VoiceBank + SMS is economical and easily set up service.

When an incident occurs, a supervisor can record a detailed voice message on X-on's system. A list of subscribers will be immediately informed by SMS and asked to call in to hear the information. Updates can be added to the recording, so callers can hear the latest update followed by the history.

You can allow subscribers to add or delete their mobile numbers, or you can upload a list of people to be contacted. The VoiceBank + SMS is available for a low monthly rental.

Alert Lite DR Contact

For business requiring a more comprehensive crisis communication service there is Alert Lite. This includes the Voicebank noticeboard facility, but has the added advantages of additional voice and email paging of subscribers plus pager integration.

Reporting is also more comprehensive allowing the supervisor to maximize service efficiency during emergencies.
